Believing in the promise of America, and the importance of the middle class of and to that promise, my work with nonprofits increases their effectiveness at helping the middle class get by, and my work with ProfiTuit aids the middle class in strengthening their financial resources and skills to succeed.

Facilitator: help a group of individuals to conclude in harmony, usually plans for the organization's future.
Presenter: Learning objectives met through workbook-like handouts and illustrative PowerPoint slides.
Consultant: guidance on information flows, teamwork, strategic planning and board governance.
Coaching: helping people find the answers already internally available and commit to them.
