    January 2009 - January 2009

I am a Certified Trainer for Training Within Industry. I help supervisors and team leaders to make companies more profitable through improving job relations, job methods, and job instructions. Training Within Industry is a proven training program with over 65 years of documented success. A question that I help answer is what do you need to improve, prevent, or correct with your most valued possession, your people.? Train leaders how to get more production by making the best use of the people and machines that you have now is my goal. How to prevent problems before they happen and the most effective way to handle problems that do arise is another way that I assist. I see results almost weekly of people who use these time proven programs to make their company stronger. They see the results of simple steps that make them successful for you, their company. Success is simple. Do what's right, the right way, at the right time. If it is having an adverse affect on production, quality or cost we can help you. Let's not forget safety factors in our workplace. Let us talk to you about how you can be more profitable with the same elements you now have in place. Successful and growing companies have one thing in common. Exceptional leadership, training and discipline. If you don't see your company in a fight for survival you will find out much too late that this is a truth that can't be ignored.
