MGK Group Coaching and Consulting is designed to help leaders stride boldly into their greatest performance in work and life. Through the development of presentation skills, the assessment of core values and strengths, as well as the illumination of blind spots, clients are challenged to really 'show up' in the workplace and proactively manage their careers. In addition, individual and cultural assessments provide executives the opportunity to learn the 'unspoken' rules they convey in the workplace. Once leaders learn to stay connected to their instincts and creativity then we focus on developing their abilities to work from their inner strengths and resources (rather than personal 'triggers' and reactivity). Leaders are then in a place to transform their organizational culture by inspiring and engaging the hearts and minds of their organization.
